Hatha Yoga Classes
All classes are currently held at the Lake Pine Colony Clubhouse, Medford, New Jersey
All level classes, for beginners as well as those familiar with Yoga
- 10-week and 6-week sessions in the fall, winter, spring, and summer
- Classes held on Monday evenings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday mornings
- Fees: 10 classes $105 / 20 classes $190 / 6 classes $70

About the Classes
- Classes begin with a calming period and gentle stretching
- Yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and well-being
- Modifications offered, if required
- Savasana (Deep Relaxation) to find stillness and calm the mind
Additional Information...
- Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins
- Dress in comfortable clothing with no loose jewelry
- Do not wear perfume or cologne, as some students are allergic
- Refrain from eating at least 2 hours prior to class
- Please bring a yoga mat and either a large towel or blanket to class
- Optional, if desired - bring yoga block(s), strap, and/or pillow
